1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, items must be:

In their original, undamaged packaging (including plastic wraps or seals).
3. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs to return the items.

Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Fees

No Restocking Fees: We believe in a transparent shopping experience. You will never be charged a restocking fee for returning an item.
5. Final Sale Items

No Final Sale Restrictions: We do not have "Final Sale" or non-returnable promotional items. All regular and discounted items purchased on our store are eligible for a return within the 30-day window, provided they meet the return conditions listed above.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved.
